Order Cancellation Policy

At legacymarked.com, we understand that circumstances may change. We aim to be as flexible as possible with your orders while maintaining our fast processing and fulfillment standards. Please read our cancellation terms carefully.

1. Cancellation Window (24 Hours)

We offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the moment your order is placed.

  • If you change your mind within this timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund with no questions asked.
  • To cancel, please email us immediately at hello@legacymarked.com with your order number and the subject line "ORDER CANCELLATION REQUEST."

2. Cancellations After 24 Hours

Because we strive for fast delivery, most orders enter the production and packaging phase after 24 hours.

  • In-Production Status: Once an order has been processed or custom-printed at our UK fulfillment hub, we can no longer cancel it.
  • Shipped Status: If your order has already been dispatched and a tracking number has been generated, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you must follow our Refund & Return Policy once the item arrives.

3. Cancellation of Personalized/Custom Orders

For any products that include custom text, specific names, or personalized golf course details:

  • Cancellations are strictly limited to the first 12 hours after purchase.
  • Beyond 12 hours, our design team begins the customization process, and materials are allocated. Therefore, the order becomes final and non-cancellable.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

If your cancellation request is approved within the valid timeframe:

  • Refund Method: The full amount will be credited back to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
  • Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 24-48 hours of cancellation approval. However, it may take 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

5. Cancellation by Legacymarked LLC

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product Availability: If an item unexpectedly becomes out of stock.
  • Pricing Errors: If there was a clear typographical error in the product price.
  • Fraud Prevention: If our security system flags an order as high-risk or potentially fraudulent.
    In such cases, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

6. Change of Shipping Address vs. Cancellation

If you only need to change your shipping address and not cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours. We can update the address as long as the order has not been dispatched from our London hub.
